Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on certain items, which means you have 30 days after receiving such item to request a return.

Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, we only accept returns of items that have never been used. Please do not write on or alter the box. We hope to sell the product to someone who was as excited as you were to receive it!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Prior to purchase, please check if your item is eligible for returns.

To start a return, contact us at customercare@myregistry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Exclusions and Limitations

Certain types of items cannot be returned, under any circumstances, due to safety or hygienic concerns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), car seats, cribs, strollers, and personal care hygiene goods (such as beauty products, feeding accessories, pacifiers, mattresses and bedding products, bottles, clothing, and other products that have direct skin contact or come into contact with body fluids). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at customercare@myregistry.com with any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shipping Charge Policy on Refunds and Exchanges

Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply on replacement items, unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product, in which case the same product will be re-shipped at no additional charge.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund once the item has been received at our designated facility.

Defective Products

All products sold are protected under a manufacturer’s warranty. If you would like to return an item because of a defect, the manufacturer can help you with a repair or replacement. MyRegistry does not process warranty claims, but we are happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

The shipping company will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, we will deduct up to 20% from your refund to cover the shipping and refusal fees we have incurred.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Additional restocking fees of 15%–30% may apply. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Car Seats

We always encourage best practices for our customers as well as ourselves. This is why we have a NO RETURN policy on open-box, tag-removed car seats.

If we cannot guarantee the CRASH HISTORY of a car seat, we cannot take it back to resell it to another consumer. When you buy a car seat from us you know you are getting a BRAND-NEW, NEVER BEEN USED car seat that we stand behind 100%.

We are always happy to help connect you with the manufacturer if a car seat isn't working as smoothly as you'd like or if you believe there to be a defect.

For customers shopping online, we recommend seeking out a local Child Passenger Safety Technician or other professional to help with installation and fit to your vehicle. We always recommend testing out a car seat before purchasing to make sure it's the correct fit for your child and your vehicle.
